Playing a range of music from the classics, shows and films to wind band repertoire the aim of The Concert Band is to play to a high standard whilst retaining a keen sense of fun. Playing at least three concerts a year in the Salisbury area the band have also had the honour of being invited to participate in a music festival in Sweden with their hosts making a reciprocal visit to Salisbury.
Prospective members should be over 18 and as a guide need to be able to play at least Grade 7/8 standard to cope with the technical requirements. For the less experienced player please visit our Second Wind page for further information.
