Second Wind

Second Wind is open to any woodwind, brass or percussion player over 18 and whilst The Concert Band continues to play demanding and challenging music, Second Wind plays music more suited to less experienced musicians.  Like The Concert Band, Second Wind plays at least three concerts each year.

Players with Second Wind should be over 18 and comfortable playing at a Grade 5 standard (no formal examinations are required) and need to be confident readers. If you would like to join Second Wind please feel free to call in at a rehearsal, have a look at the music and have a chat. Alternatively contact us by email.
